菌株特點: | ATCC 1001 Aspergillus oryzae,米曲霉 菌落淺黃綠色,反面為淺褐色,無滲出液,無可溶性色素,直徑53-55mm,稍厚,中心稍凸起,有放射狀溝紋,質(zhì)地為絲絨狀,絮狀。分生孢子頭球形;分生孢梗莖壁稍粗糙,直徑8-10μm;頂囊球形,直徑20-30μm,表面3/4可育;產(chǎn)孢結(jié)構(gòu)雙層,也有單層者;?;?-6×3-4μm,瓶梗6-10×3-4μm;分生孢子球形,直徑3.0-5.0μm,壁光滑。 |
