集塵機(jī)含塵氣體在中壓風(fēng)機(jī)的離心力作用下進(jìn)入除塵器勻流室，進(jìn)入勻流室后由于氣流斷面擴(kuò)大及氣流分布板作用，氣流中一部分粗大顆粒在動和慣性力作用下直接沉降到灰斗；粒度細(xì)、密度小的塵粒進(jìn)入各濾塵室后，通過布朗擴(kuò)散和篩濾等組合效應(yīng)，使粉塵沉降在濾芯表面上，凈化后的氣體進(jìn)入凈氣室由排風(fēng)管經(jīng)風(fēng)機(jī)排出。設(shè)備的阻力隨著濾袋表面粉塵層厚度的增加而增大。阻力達(dá)到某一設(shè)定值時進(jìn)行清灰。此時打開集塵器壓縮空氣開關(guān)以極短的時間通過壓縮氣缸，并在逆向氣流沖刷的作用下，使氣缸板產(chǎn)生上下振動，使附著在濾袋外表面上的粉塵被剝離落入灰斗中。
