LED穩(wěn)態(tài)I-V測(cè)試儀(大幅面LED穩(wěn)態(tài)太陽(yáng)光模擬器)使不同種類(lèi)的LED燈珠組合作為穩(wěn)態(tài)光源，每個(gè)種類(lèi)燈珠獨(dú)立可調(diào)，可于晶硅、鈣鈦礦與疊層電池及其相應(yīng)的組件的IV測(cè)試。設(shè)備主要配置有光源控制系統(tǒng)、電源控制系統(tǒng)、測(cè)試系統(tǒng)、恒溫系統(tǒng)、紅外測(cè)溫探頭、參考電池、計(jì)算機(jī)、顯示器等。設(shè)備可以實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)配I-V、V-I掃描式，具備MPPT（最功率點(diǎn)追蹤）、I-t（定電壓）等多種測(cè)試技術(shù)?？色@取I-V曲線，P-V曲線，輻照度曲線，短路電流，開(kāi)路電壓，峰值功率，峰值功率點(diǎn)電壓、電流，定電壓點(diǎn)電流，填充因，轉(zhuǎn)換效率，串聯(lián)電阻，并聯(lián)電阻等測(cè)試參數(shù)。
