本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Ⅰ型試塊用于熒光和著色滲透劑系列產(chǎn)品靈敏度等級(jí)的確定
Ⅰ型試塊
Ⅰ型試塊是一套四塊電鍍鎳-鉻層的黃銅板、電鍍層的厚度分別為10um、20um、30um、50um
電鍍層厚度為10um、20um、30um的試塊，用于確定熒光滲透劑系列產(chǎn)品的靈敏度。
電鍍層為30um、50um的試塊，用于確定著色滲透劑系列產(chǎn)品的靈敏度。
Ⅰ型試塊。
試塊為矩形，標(biāo)稱尺寸，長(zhǎng)度為（100±1）mm，寬度為（35±1）mm，厚度為（2±1）mm。
試塊的基材是黃銅板，其上電鍍鎳和鉻，電鍍層總厚度分別為（10±1）um, （20±1）um, （30±1）um, （50±1）um。
試塊上的人工缺陷為橫向裂紋，裂紋的寬度和深度比為1:20
