Opioid Receptor-Mu (MOR) Antibody




描述

使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)免疫組織化學(xué)方法對(duì) ImmunoStar Mu 阿片受體抗血清進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量控制測試。使用間接免疫熒光和生物素/抗生物素蛋白-HRP 技術(shù)，抗血清對(duì)大鼠尾狀殼核和脊髓（背角）顯示出強(qiáng)陽性標(biāo)記。推薦的初級(jí)稀釋度為 1/6000 – 1/10000 PBS/0.3% Triton X-100 – 生物素/抗生物素蛋白-HRP 技術(shù)。

用 10 µg/ml 的 MOR 肽 (384-398) 進(jìn)行預(yù)吸附*消除了標(biāo)記。通過轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞的免疫標(biāo)記和免疫分離研究確定抗血清的特異性。

照片描述： 大鼠紋狀體中 mu 阿片受體染色的 IHC 圖像。組織用磷酸鹽緩沖液中的 4% 甲醛固定，然后取出并準(zhǔn)備用于振動(dòng)切片。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn) IHC 程序之前，將浮動(dòng)切片在 PBS 中的 10% 山羊血清中在室溫下孵育。一抗以1:10000孵育48小時(shí)，隨后用PBS洗滌后加入山羊抗兔二抗1小時(shí)。使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生物素-鏈霉親和素/HRP 程序和 DAB 色原實(shí)現(xiàn)光學(xué)顯微鏡染色。
