超高24平方深孔板孔內(nèi)流體力學(xué)

當(dāng)培養(yǎng)體積為2.5～3.5 mL（大可用于常規(guī)24平方深孔板）時，應(yīng)用超高24平方深孔板（井體積：25毫升）是不夠的。是在轉(zhuǎn)速為300轉(zhuǎn)，振幅為50毫米的振動篩上，氧轉(zhuǎn)移率在40至60 mmol O2 l-1 h-1之間（對應(yīng)于200-300 h-1的kLa值）是容易達(dá)到的

建議（默認(rèn)）條件1:25毫米振動振幅，375轉(zhuǎn)/分（NB上大腸桿菌培養(yǎng)，20倍速度減慢）5毫升6毫升7毫升8毫升

Hydrodynamics inside wells of  extra-high 24 square deepwell plates
Extra-high 24 square deepwell plates (well volume: 25 ml) are applied when culture volumes of 2.5 to 3.5 ml (as can be maximally used for regular 24 square deepwell plates) do not suffice.With extra-high 24 square deepwell plates, culture volumes up till 8 ml can be used, preferably at 300 rpm on a shaker with a 50 mm amplitudeOxygen-transfer rates between 40 and 60 mmol O2 l-1 h-1  (corresponding to kLa values of 200-300 h-1) are readily attainable.For the (slowed-down) high-speed videos below we used hitplates from HJ- Bioanalytik
Adviced (default) condtion 1:25 mm shaker amplitude, 375 rpm(E. coli culture on NB, 20 times slowed down)    5 ml       6 ml      7 ml       8ml
