波士頓Antagen（Antagen Pharmaceuticals）是一家抗體開發(fā)公司。Antagen主要為癌癥，自身免疫性疾病和傳染病患者開發(fā)治療性抗體，Antagen開發(fā)了快速測量慢病毒滴度的快速測試，這對(duì)于科學(xué)家使用慢病毒作為基因傳遞工具進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)研究或CAR-T治療至關(guān)重要。我們的第二代LentiTitre盒式磁帶有4個(gè)通道，可以將樣品與已知滴度的慢病毒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物并排進(jìn)行比較。與常規(guī)感染方法的天數(shù)相比，結(jié)果可在短至5分鐘內(nèi)獲得。

雖然BALB / c小鼠表達(dá)IgG2a，但是一些其他近交小鼠品系如C57BL / 6，C57BL / 10和NOD不具有IgG2a的基因，而是表達(dá)IgG2c同種型。
