Antagen LentiTitre Cassette   是一種多通道慢病毒滴定試劑盒，可在不到10分鐘的時間內(nèi)快速準(zhǔn)確地估算功能性慢病毒滴度。它是一種基于側(cè)流式免疫分析（LFIA）的滴定裝置，基于p24檢測靈敏的金偶聯(lián)抗體。試劑盒中包括以10 6 TU / mL功能滴定的慢病毒上清液標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品。通過比較標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品的測試線和未知樣品的測試線的強度，使用p24作為量規(guī)，盒可以幫助準(zhǔn)確估計慢病毒TU滴度。它還可用于確定包裝準(zhǔn)備好準(zhǔn)備收獲的宜時間。
