每年我們都會(huì)統(tǒng)計(jì)Octet®在CNS主刊上發(fā)表的文章數(shù)量,在新冠疫情期間,Octet®參與了大量新冠病毒的研究,因此2020至2022年的CNS文章數(shù)量相對(duì)較多。2024年的文章中具體使用Octet®分子互作系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了哪些研究呢?文末提供這些文章的列表以供參考。
按照研究領(lǐng)域分類
Octet®涉及的應(yīng)用極為廣泛,尤其在機(jī)理研究方面,從病原菌侵染到疾病發(fā)生及細(xì)胞生理相關(guān)機(jī)制的研究中都發(fā)揮了重要作用。分子間相互作用是揭示各種生命活動(dòng)的基本工具,也自然離不開Octet®。
按照檢測(cè)分子分類
同時(shí),Octet®非標(biāo)記分子互作系統(tǒng)作為藥物篩選和評(píng)估的利器,在藥物研發(fā)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,包括小分子和抗體藥物親和力的檢測(cè)、表位鑒定以及濃度測(cè)定等。
可見,除了蛋白-蛋白,抗體開發(fā)外,Octet®靈敏度完全可以檢測(cè)化合物和多肽等小分子,甚至大到病毒顆粒,細(xì)菌甚至細(xì)胞。
按照測(cè)試方法分類
多分子實(shí)驗(yàn)是指觀察多個(gè)分析物與固化物之間是否存在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)或協(xié)同結(jié)合的現(xiàn)象,往往涉及到3個(gè)或3個(gè)以上分子,涉及多層結(jié)合。這是Octet®相較于ITC等基于液液反應(yīng)的分子互作技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。而雙分子實(shí)驗(yàn)則專注于兩者之間的結(jié)合動(dòng)力學(xué)。
