內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵是采用齒輪內(nèi)嚙合原理,內(nèi)外齒輪節(jié)圓緊靠一邊,另一邊被泵蓋上“月牙板”隔開,因能輸送高粘度介質(zhì)而被廣泛應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè),但在實(shí)際遠(yuǎn)行當(dāng)中也會(huì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。
內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵可能出現(xiàn)的故障及原因:

原因:1、吸入管道有空氣泄漏;2、吸入管道沒(méi)有浸入液體中;3、吸入口直徑?。?、端面間隙過(guò)大;5、泵軸轉(zhuǎn)速慢;6、e.過(guò)濾器阻塞7、泵已磨損。
二、流量不穩(wěn)定
原因:1、吸入管道末端可能有空氣泄漏或液體不足;2、液體汽化。
三、泵噪音大
原因:1.電流太大;2、液體粘度大;3、轉(zhuǎn)速太高;4、排出口壓力高于額定值;5、供料不足;6、填料壓蓋壓得太緊7、機(jī)組松動(dòng)。

齒輪泵的補(bǔ)葺常識(shí)跟著運(yùn)用時(shí)間的增進(jìn),齒輪泵會(huì)出現(xiàn)泵油缺少,甚至不出油等缺點(diǎn),首要緣由
是有關(guān)部位磨損過(guò)大。齒輪泵的磨損部位首要有主動(dòng)軸與襯套、被迫齒輪中心孔與軸銷、泵殼內(nèi)腔與
齒輪、齒輪端面與泵蓋等。潤(rùn)滑油泵磨損后其首要技術(shù)方針達(dá)不到需求時(shí),應(yīng)將其拆開分解,查清磨
損部位及水平,接收呼應(yīng)辦法予以修正。
一、拆開
拆開前應(yīng)做好充沛的準(zhǔn)備工作,了解設(shè)備布局,工藝流程,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀況:拆開時(shí)應(yīng)小心翼翼,防止損
壞設(shè)備零部件。
二、復(fù)查數(shù)據(jù)
對(duì)齒輪泵各部件合作空隙,應(yīng)做全部查看。
三、查看
對(duì)拆下的零部件進(jìn)行具體查看,對(duì)齒輪作上色查看,不答應(yīng)存在裂紋軸頸的圓錐度合格,外表不
得有劃痕,粗糙度Ra的zu大答應(yīng)值為1.6μm,端蓋、托架、泵體不得有顯著缺點(diǎn)。
四、修正或替換
對(duì)超支的零部件應(yīng)予以替換,對(duì)需修正的零部件,修正后應(yīng)契合規(guī)范。
五、拼裝及調(diào)整
齒輪端面與端蓋,托架的軸向空隙,依托改動(dòng)端蓋,托架與泵體之間的密封墊片的厚度來(lái)調(diào)整;緊
固端蓋螺栓時(shí),用力對(duì)稱均勻,邊緊邊盤動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子,遇到轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)不動(dòng)時(shí),應(yīng)松掉螺栓重緊:加填料或裝油
封時(shí),緊壓蓋時(shí)仍需邊緊邊盤動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子,不行緊得過(guò)死。
六、試車
水壓試驗(yàn)為工作壓力的1.5倍,堅(jiān)持5min不漏,試車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間,無(wú)泄漏,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲響正常,無(wú)反常振
蕩,出口壓力契合需求為合格。
