三、軟件功能
重疊分離處理（Overlp differentition function）
對重疊粘連的菌落進行自動分離并計測。Overlpping colonies cn be utomticlly seprted for individul mesurement.
螺旋平板計測（Spirl mesurement function）
標準配備螺旋平板計測軟件。 Spirl colony mesurement softwre is included s stndrd.
尺寸選?。?/spn>Selective counting function by size）
設置被測菌落的大小，排除擴散菌落的計測。 Selectively counts colonies by size while excluding scttered colonies.
圓形度設定計測（限于標準計測模式時的使用）
Selection cpbility bsed on the degree of circulrity（Stndrd mode only）
根據圓形度的設定，去除線性異物、痕跡。自動選擇并計測近似圓形狀的菌落。
Excludes liner lint or scr nd selects only circulr colonies.
亮斑修正（限于標準計測模式時的使用）
Corrective function for unequl brightness(Stndrd mode only)
即使培養(yǎng)基厚度不均，也可補正亮度、亮斑，進行高精度計測。
Unequl brightness cused by unequl thickness of culture medium cn be corrected to enble mesurement with high degree of ccurcy.
四色抽取分離計測（限于標準計測模式時的使用）
Seprte mesurement by four-color extrction（Stndrd mode only）
根據菌落的不同顏色，多可以對4種顏色進行分離計測。
Up to four types of colonies cn be mesured sepry in different colors.
定期點檢功能Regulr inspection function
作為點檢功能，采用對計測結果不能進行手動補正的計測方法。
For vlidtion of the equipment, mnul correction is not llowed in the mesurement.
