目前西門子S7-300/400系列的PLC的通訊方式開始大量使用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)通訊，MP277/377、xP177B系列觸摸屏也集成了以太網(wǎng)接口，這帶來一個好處，所有的接口都統(tǒng)一，在網(wǎng)絡通訊時采用都以太網(wǎng)接口，所有的設備組成一個局域網(wǎng)，包括上位監(jiān)控計算機、編程設備、PLC、觸摸屏都能很方便地互相訪問，需要擴展多一個設備也很方便，只需要加一個交換機就能擴展出多個接口。因為有這些好處，所以采用以太網(wǎng)通訊越來越流行，下面說一說以太網(wǎng)通訊的其中一個應用，PLC與PLC之間通過以太網(wǎng)互連。

• 電流極性錯誤時，對模塊和模塊連接導線進行保護
• 出現(xiàn)故障電流時，安全地斷開，以減小直流電弧所至的火災危險
• 熔斷器座/熔斷器底座被打開后進行安全隔離

• MMC卡是一種FEPROM卡，用于新型的S7-300 CPU，包括緊湊型CPU和由標準型更新的新型CPU。新型CPU均沒有內(nèi)置的裝載存儲器，必須使用MMC卡作為其裝載存儲器保存用戶數(shù)據(jù)。CPU掉電時，會自動將工作存儲器中的數(shù)據(jù)拷貝到MMC中,保存DB塊數(shù)據(jù)。如圖8-1所示：

  MMC卡需要用戶根據(jù)程序大小單獨訂貨，選型時建議大于CPU工作內(nèi)存，CPU313，CPU314,CPU315-2DP,CPU317-2DP 系列CPU的可插拔MMC卡zui大支持8 MB ，其他zui高支持4 MB

• The article number of the DC Packages only differs from that of the DC Converter in the third block: DC Converter: 6RA80nn-naann-0AA0 DC Package: 6RA80nn-naann-0AP0 All options that can be selected when configuring the DC Converter are also available for DC Packages; with just a few exceptions, they only affect the DC Converters that are included. As a consequence, with options Q80 to Q85 the warranty period is extended only for the DC Converter. The following options also affect the accessory components in the DC Package:

• Option L10 (without field power section):
  When selecting option L10, accessory parts – field contactor (including varistor), commutation reactor for the field and fuses for the field (including holder) – are not included in the DC Package.
• Option L85 (85 A field power section):
  When selecting option L85, the accessory components relevant for the field are dimensioned for 85 A.

• The accessory components included in the DC Package were selected under the following criteria:

• Harmonized and coordinated with one another
• Dimensioned for the rated converter current
• Designed for 50 Hz operation
• Selected based on the parts lists of the SINAMICS DC MASTER Cabinet

• SINAMICS DC MASTER DC Converter
• Supply switch (including covers and operating mechanism)
• Main contactor (including varistor) or circuit breaker for higher power ratings
• Field contactor (including varistor)
• Commutation reactors (armature, field)
• Fuses (armature, field, DC circuit for 4Q, including holder)
