SouthernBiotech 小鼠抗雞IgM二抗應(yīng)用說明書

雞Ia抗原在B細(xì)胞上表達(dá)，B細(xì)胞是單核細(xì)胞/巨噬細(xì)胞譜系的一個(gè)亞群，有絲分裂原激活的T細(xì)胞。小鼠抗雞IgM二抗識(shí)別的分子在結(jié)構(gòu)上與小鼠Ia抗原和人類DR抗原相似。

艾美捷/小鼠抗雞IgM二抗儲(chǔ)存：

1.純化（UNLB）抗體以0.5 mg純化免疫球蛋白的形式提供于1.0 mL硼酸鹽緩沖鹽水中，pH值為8.2。不添加防腐劑或含胺緩沖鹽。在2-8°C下儲(chǔ)存。

2.熒光素（FITC）結(jié)合物以0.5 mg/1.0 mL PBS/NaN3的形式提供。在2-8°C下儲(chǔ)存。

3.在1.0毫升PBS/NaN3中以0.5毫克的形式提供生物素（BIOT）結(jié)合物。在2-8°C下儲(chǔ)存。

4.R-藻紅蛋白（PE）結(jié)合物以0.1 mg/1.0 mL PBS/NaN3和穩(wěn)定劑的形式提供。在2-8°C的溫度下儲(chǔ)存。不要凍結(jié)

5.保護(hù)熒光色素結(jié)合物不受光照。如果按照指示儲(chǔ)存，試劑在標(biāo)簽上顯示的時(shí)間內(nèi)是穩(wěn)定的。
