微管蛋白抗體——還得是Synaptic Systems

tubulin組成微管的蛋白質(zhì)稱為微管蛋白。微管蛋白是球形分子，有兩種類型：α微管蛋白(α-tubulin)和β微管蛋白(β-tubulin)，這兩種微管蛋白約占微管蛋白總量的80%~95%，具有相似的三維結構，能夠緊密地結合成二聚體，作為微管組裝的亞基。α亞基由450個氨基酸組成，β亞基是由455個氨基酸組成，它們的分子量約55 kDa。

作為管家基因，微管蛋白在所有細胞類型中大量表達，因此在蛋白質(zhì)印跡實驗（WB）中經(jīng)常用作上樣對照。同時也被用在免疫細胞化學（ICC）和免疫組織化學（IHC / IHC-P）中作為標記蛋白來顯示微管的結構。

艾美捷/Synaptic Systems 微管蛋白抗體 是基于單克隆小鼠抗體F2C的嵌合抗體。重鏈和輕鏈的恒定區(qū)域已被兔特異性序列取代。因此，抗體可與標準抗兔二級試劑一起使用。該抗體已在哺乳動物細胞中表達，并在重鏈的C端攜帶鏈球菌標簽®。
