艾美捷山羊免疫球蛋白背景：

正常血清是用來描述來自沒有用特異抗原進行免疫產(chǎn)生抗體的動物的血清.因此，正常血清與抗血清相對.正常血清包含血清蛋白的一般補體，包括存在于特定物種健康動物體內(nèi)的不同種類的免疫球蛋白.提供的免疫球蛋白是從正常血清中又進一步通過鹽析、離子交換層析、凝膠過濾等純化.由于只含有微量的其它免疫球蛋白，可作為IgG更經(jīng)濟的替代選擇.

通過鹽分餾、離子交換層析和凝膠過濾從未免疫動物血清中純化γ球蛋白。γ 球蛋白是一種廉價的 IgG 來源，只有痕量的其他免疫球蛋白和/或非免疫球蛋白血清蛋白。γ 球蛋白以磷酸鹽緩沖液中的無菌液體形式提供，不含穩(wěn)定劑或防腐劑。

Gamma globulins are purified from non-immunized animal serums by salt fractionation, ion-exchange chromatography and gel filtration. Gamma globulins are an inexpensive source of IgG with only trace amounts of other immunoglobulins and/or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Gamma globulins are supplied as sterile liquids in phosphate buffer without stabilizers or preservatives.

Physical State: Sterile-filtered liquid

Storage: Store at 2-8°C under sterile conditions. Prepare working dilution on day of use.

Expiration date: one year from date of receipt. The expiration date may be extended if test results are acceptable for the intended use.
