Interleukin-2 (IL-2, IL2) 僅由活化的 T 細胞產(chǎn)生。IL-2 促進抗原激活的 T 細胞和 NK 細胞的增殖、分化和存活。

艾美捷抗人IL-2單抗MT8G10：

這種單克隆抗體能夠在 ELISA 和 ELISpot 等免疫分析中靈敏且特異地檢測人 IL-2。該抗體還適用于使用流式細胞術檢測 IL-2。

推薦 MT8G10 作為 ELISA 和 ELISpot 中的檢測抗體與捕獲抗體 MT2A91/2C95 結合使用。

MT8G10 也可與 FITC 偶聯(lián)。
