本ELISpotPlus試劑盒用于通過ELISpot檢測法計數(shù)分泌豬干擾素γ（IFNγ）的細胞。僅供研究使用，不適用于診斷程序。

特異性：本試劑盒基于一對特異性針對豬（豬）IFNγ的單克隆抗體。

儲存：收到后，將抗體、酶結合物和底物儲存于48°C。平板可在室溫下保存。

有效期：自收到之日起至少18個月。

ELISpot Plus:豬IFN-γ(HRP)組分：

平板：預包被的ELISpot平板，白色MSIP（單克隆抗體pIFNγI）

檢測單克隆抗體：P2C11，生物素標記

酶結合物：鏈霉親和素辣根過氧化物酶（StreptavidinHRP）

底物：ELISpot底物：辣根過氧化物酶（HRP）的TMB

產(chǎn)品性能：

圖：將豬外周血單個核細胞（PBMC）在有無植物血凝素（PHA）的條件下孵育過夜（無PHA時每孔25萬細胞，有PHA時每孔5萬細胞），通過ELISpot檢測法分析分泌IFNγ的細胞數(shù)量。
