生物活性：雌二醇 (β-Estradiol) 是一種類固醇激素和主要的女性性激素。雌二醇可上調(diào)人子宮內(nèi)膜干細(xì)胞 (hEnSCs) 神經(jīng)標(biāo)志物的表達(dá)，促進(jìn)其神經(jīng)分化。雌二醇可用于癌癥、神經(jīng)退行性疾病和神經(jīng)組織工程的研究^[1][2]。

體外：Estradiol (10 nM, 7 days) 誘導(dǎo)人子宮內(nèi)膜干細(xì)胞 (hEnSCs) 的神經(jīng)分化和增加軸突分支^[1]。
Estradiol (17β-estradiol, 10 nM, 7 days)增加hEnSCs分化的神經(jīng)樣細(xì)胞中神經(jīng)元樣細(xì)胞標(biāo)志物（Tuj-1、巢蛋白和NF-H）的表達(dá)^[1]。

體內(nèi)：雌二醇（1 nM，來自 FBN-ARO-KO 小鼠的海馬切片）挽救長期增強(qiáng) (LTP) 振幅^[1]。
雌二醇（0.0167 mg，皮下植入，F(xiàn)BN- ARO-KO 小鼠) 挽救 FBN-ARO-KO 小鼠的分子和功能缺陷^[1]。
