研究背景：白介素 6 (IL-6) 是一種 26 kD 蛋白質(zhì)，由成纖維細胞、T 淋巴細胞、內(nèi)皮細胞、單核細胞和角質(zhì)形成細胞在炎癥反應過程中釋放。IL-6 具有多能活性，包括刺激單核細胞譜系、誘導巨核細胞生成和肝臟急性期反應，以及調(diào)節(jié) T 細胞和 B 細胞反應。IL-6 還能夠介導直接和間接的腫瘤細胞破壞，并且對于癌癥的免疫治療具有潛在的重要作用[1。重組人白細胞介素 6 (IL-6/BSF-2/HSF) 調(diào)節(jié)人肝細胞中急性期蛋白的合成[2]。
