產(chǎn)品活性：Kifunensine 是可從放線菌中分離得到的 I 類(lèi) α-mannosidases 有效選擇性抑制劑，可阻斷 α-mannosidases I 修剪糖蛋白上的甘露糖殘基。Kifunensine 可抑制內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)相關(guān)蛋白降解途徑。

體外：Kifunensine 是一種來(lái)自放線菌 Kitasatosporia kifunense 9482 的生物堿，是 α-甘露糖苷酶 I 的抑制劑，可在 α8GlcNAc2 (Man8) 或 Man9GlcNAc2 (Man9) 階段阻斷 N-糖的合成[3]。MCE 尚未獨(dú)立證實(shí)這些方法的準(zhǔn)確性。它們僅供參考。
