產(chǎn)品活性：BzATP triethylammonium salt 是一種 P2X 受體激動劑，對 P2X1，P2X2，P2X3，P2X2/3，P2X4 和 P2X7 的 pEC50 分別為 8.74，5.26，7.10，7.50， 6.19，6.31 和 5.33。BzATP triethylammonium salt 對 P2X7 受體有效，對大鼠 P2X7 和小鼠 P2X7 的EC50 分別為 3.6 μM 和 285 μM。

體外：BzATP (10-1000 μM；24 h) 促進(jìn) U87 和 U251 膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞的增殖和遷移[3]。 BzATP (100μM; 6-48h) 在人神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞中誘導(dǎo) P2X7R 蛋白表達(dá)[3]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準(zhǔn)確性。僅供參考。
