產(chǎn)品活性：Luteolin (Luteoline), 一種黃酮類化合物，也是一種有效的 Nrf2 抑制劑。Luteolin 具有抗炎和抗癌特性，可在人類多種癌細胞系 (包括非小肺癌細胞) 中誘導細胞凋亡和細胞周期停滯，并抑制細胞轉(zhuǎn)移和血管生成。

體外：木犀草素（0-160 μM；24 小時；NCI-H460 細胞）處理以濃度依賴性方式抑制 NCI-H460 細胞活力[1]。木犀草素（20-80 μM；24 小時；NCI-H460 細胞）處理導致細胞在 S 期積累[1]。木犀草素（320-580 μM；48 小時；NCI-H460 細胞）處理誘導細胞凋亡[1]。木犀草素（20-80 μM；24 小時；NCI-H460 細胞）處理以濃度依賴性方式增加凋亡調(diào)節(jié)蛋白（包括 Bax/Bcl-2 比率）的蛋白質(zhì)表達水平，但是，只有 80 μM 木犀草素抑制 Bad 的表達。木犀草素還以濃度依賴性方式降低 NCI-H460 細胞系中 Sirt1 的表達[1]。 MCE 尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。它們僅供參考。

體內(nèi)：木犀草素（10-100 mg/kg；口服管飼；每日；持續(xù) 12 周；成年雄性 Wistar 大鼠）具有抗氧化作用，并且還可以通過針對高碳水化合物/高脂肪飲食大鼠的促炎 IL-1 和 Il-18 通路來預防非酒精性脂肪性肝炎[2]。MCE 尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。它們僅供參考。
