產(chǎn)品活性：Belzutifan (PT2977) 是一種口服有效的，選擇性 HIF-2α 抑制劑，IC₅₀ 為 9 nM。Belzutifan 作為第二代 HIF-2α 抑制劑，可提高效力并改善藥代動力學(xué)特征。Belzutifan 有抑制透明細胞腎細胞癌 (ccRCC) 作用。
