burkert 2002截止閥 囯與 The pneumatically operated 3/2-way valve is operated with a piston actuator. burkert 2002截止閥 囯與 The standard actuator material is PA.  For high ambient temperatures (eg external sterilization) PPS is available on request for temperatures up to 140º.
