主要特點：

不同于普通的硅烷化技術(shù),SiloniteTM表面處理技術(shù)是ENTECH公司的技術(shù),在經(jīng)過表面拋光氧化后的不銹鋼表面上涂附40-100nm的高密度石英(2.33g/cc)涂層,經(jīng)過特殊處理涂層被均勻附著在不銹鋼(316L)表面。基于Si=O鍵的化學鍵合,SiloniteTM處理表面結(jié)合石英的惰性,彈性和結(jié)合不銹鋼的堅固耐磨。在同樣放大倍數(shù)的高倍顯微鏡下,可以清楚地看到表面光滑度顯著提高。大大減少比表面積,有效降低表面活性,內(nèi)表面鐵原子催化作用將達低,更加真實的保存樣品。不同的石英涂層具折射出不同的顏色。

Entech’s Silonite? canisters feature a large volume capacity for detection of volatile chemicals down to the low part per trillion range. The inert and durable internal Silonite? coating provides a high-quality, long-term sample storage solution. Losses in the valve are also avoided by utilizing the all-new Toxic Organics Valve? (TOV) which includes ultra-compact polished surfaces and leak-tight fittings. A high quality, integrated valve guard is securely welded to the canister for superior light-weight valve protection without any stresses to the valve stem associated with “strapped-type" valve guards. These canisters are certified to meet or exceed the technical specifications required for EPA methods TO-14A and TO-15. High quality performance is verified for EVERY canister with our demanding chemical inertness tests.
