COMEF 線寬測量

COMEF是一款具備特殊功能的圖像處理軟件，專為高精度測量線寬和線距而設(shè)計(jì)。通過灰度值算法，它能以亞像素級精度測量硅晶圓上導(dǎo)線或結(jié)構(gòu)的寬度與間距。

它應(yīng)用了光學(xué)成像可逆的原理。因此，人們也可以想象將CCD芯片置于物平面（樣本平面）中。一個(gè)以10倍放大率將測試樣本成像到芯片層面的顯微物鏡，原則上也會以1/10的放大率將芯片成像到測試樣本層面。

什么是子像素處理？Subpixeling means, detection of edge position with higher reproductibility than ΔXm.亞像素意味著以比ΔXm更高的重現(xiàn)性檢測邊緣位置。 How does that work?這是怎么運(yùn)作的？A condition is that the recognition of the edge position does not take place manually any longer via setting measuring points on the PC monitor.條件是，邊緣位置的識別不再通過在電腦顯示器上手動設(shè)置測量點(diǎn)來進(jìn)行。The edge recognition is made on the basis of grey tone distributions by the regarded screen window. Thus this measuring procedure no more is suitable for all kinds by objects.邊緣識別是基于所觀察屏幕窗口的灰度色調(diào)分布進(jìn)行的。因此，這種測量方法不再適用于所有類型的物體。It works however outstanding perfect for all linear expanded objects, thus e.g. for circuit paths on hoppers or structures on wafers and masks in semiconductor technology.然而，它對于所有線性擴(kuò)展物體都表現(xiàn)出色且適用，例如半導(dǎo)體技術(shù)中的電路路徑、料斗上的結(jié)構(gòu)，以及晶圓和掩模上的構(gòu)造。
