Ultroser™ G可以在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基中成功替代FCS(胎牛血清)。Ultroser™ G設(shè)計(jì)用于依賴貼壁細(xì)胞的體外培養(yǎng)。已在羊膜液細(xì)胞原代培養(yǎng)中測(cè)試過，旨在確認(rèn)其核型分析能力。Ultroser G通過CE標(biāo)記注冊(cè)。
Ultroser G通過一系列質(zhì)量測(cè)試，包括PH、蛋白質(zhì)濃度、無(wú)菌控制、細(xì)菌和真菌、牛病毒（BHV1-DVB/MM,紅細(xì)胞吸附）、支原體、Hep G2細(xì)胞增殖能力、核型分析等。

英文簡(jiǎn)述：
Ultroser™ G serum substitute can successfully replace FCS (fetal calf serum) in cell culture medium. It is designed for the in vitro culture of anchorage-dependent cells. It is specially tested as the primary culture from amniotic liquid cells and is designed to confirm their ability for karyotyping. Ultroser G serum substitute is CE mark-certified.
Ultroser G serum substitute has a concentration five times higher than fetal calf serum (2 % of reconstituted Ultroser G serum substitute is equivalent to 10%  fetal calf serum in the basal medium).
