智能顯示儀是用來監(jiān)測閥門工作狀態(tài)，并控制閥門執(zhí)行期工作的儀器，它通過兩路位置傳感器監(jiān)視閥門的工作狀態(tài)，判斷閥門是處于開閥還是關(guān)閥狀態(tài)，通過編程記錄閥門開關(guān)的數(shù)字，并且有兩路與閥門開度對應(yīng)的4～20mA輸出及兩足常開常閉輸出觸點。通過這些輸出信號，控制閥門的開關(guān)動作。
控制系統(tǒng)
　　PLC在控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，由于本方案是在OMRON的PLC上面作的開發(fā)，所以以O(shè)MRON的PLC來作介紹。
硬件組成：1臺計算機(jī)，1套PLC(包括CPU，I/O模塊，ID212，OC224，AD003模塊)，2個繼電器，2個電磁閥，1個氣動閥門執(zhí)行器。
通用要求
1、生產(chǎn)的氣動閥規(guī)格及類別，應(yīng)符合管道設(shè)計文件的要求。
氣動閥門(11張)
2、氣動閥的型號應(yīng)注明依據(jù)的國標(biāo)編號要求。若是企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，應(yīng)注明型號的相關(guān)說明。
3、氣動閥工作壓力，要求≥管道的工作壓力，在不影響價格的前提下，閥門可承受的工壓應(yīng)大于管道實際的工壓；氣動閥關(guān)閉狀況下的任何一側(cè)應(yīng)能承受1.1倍閥門工壓值而不滲漏；閥門開啟狀況下，閥體應(yīng)能承受二倍閥門工壓的要求。
4、氣動閥制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，應(yīng)說明依據(jù)的國標(biāo)編號，若是企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，采購合同上應(yīng)附企業(yè)文件。
