P63蛋白（鼠單克隆抗體）

p63是抑癌基因p53的同源性基因，定位于染色體3q27-28，編碼6種以上異構體。在許多上皮組織的基底層中高表達。乳腺中表達于所有正常乳腺的肌上皮細胞，部分表達于導管增生細胞，極少量表達于原位乳腺癌，在浸潤性導管癌中無表達。p63 的缺失表達與乳腺導管癌的進程可能有一定的相關性。因此，p63 免疫組化染色對于乳腺浸潤性導管癌、原位導管癌以及少量可疑的導管增生性損傷等疾病的研究有幫助。p63也是一種前列腺基底細胞的參考依據(jù)，但在絕大多前列腺腫瘤中不表達。該抗體主要用于乳腺、前列腺良惡性病變的研究。

p63 is a homologous gene of tumor suppressor gene p53, which locates on chromosome 3q27-28 and encodes more than 6 isoforms. It is highly expressed in the basal layer of many epithelial tissues. The myoepithelial cells expressed in all normal breasts in mammary gland were partly expressed in ductal hyperplasia cells, with very few in primary breast cancer and no in invasive ductal carcinoma. The lack of expression of p63 may play a role in the process of breast ductal carcinoma. Therefore, p63 immunohistochemical staining for breast invasive ductal carcinoma, ductal carcinoma in situ and a small amount of suspicious ductal damage and other diseases help. P63 is also a reference basis for prostate basal cells, but not in the vast majority of prostate tumors. The antibody is mainly used for the study of benign and malignant prostatic diseases.
