無(wú)髓神經(jīng)纖維 (nonmyelinated nervefiber)較細(xì)的軸突及施萬(wàn)細(xì)胞構(gòu)成,無(wú)髓鞘 、無(wú)郎飛結(jié)。電鏡下可見(jiàn)一個(gè)施萬(wàn)細(xì)胞深淺不同的包裹5~15條粗細(xì)不 等的軸突。無(wú)髓神經(jīng)纖維的神經(jīng)沖動(dòng)傳導(dǎo)是沿著軸突進(jìn)行連續(xù)性傳導(dǎo) ,其傳導(dǎo)速度比有髓神經(jīng)纖維慢得多。植物神經(jīng)的節(jié)后纖維和部分感 覺(jué)神經(jīng)纖維屬無(wú)髓神經(jīng)纖維。邊緣葉(limbic lobe)由扣帶回、海馬 回、鉤回組成。邊緣葉與杏仁核、丘腦前核、乳頭體核、丘腦下部、 島葉前部、額葉眶面等結(jié)構(gòu)共同組成邊緣系統(tǒng)。邊緣系統(tǒng)與網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu) 和大腦皮質(zhì)有廣泛,參與高級(jí)神經(jīng)、精神(情緒和記憶等)和內(nèi) 臟活動(dòng)。是指大腦半球內(nèi)側(cè)面,與腦干連接部和胼胝體旁的環(huán)周結(jié)構(gòu) ;它由隔區(qū)(胼胝體下區(qū)和終板旁回)、扣帶回、海馬回、海馬和齒 狀回組成。這部分結(jié)構(gòu)曾被認(rèn)為只與嗅覺(jué),而稱(chēng)為嗅腦;但現(xiàn)已 明確,其功能遠(yuǎn)不止這些,而是調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)臟活動(dòng)的重要中樞。由于邊緣 葉在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上和大腦皮層的島葉、顳極、眶回等,以及皮層下的 杏仁核、隔區(qū)、下丘腦、丘腦前核等,是密切相關(guān)的,于是有人把邊 緣葉連同這些結(jié)構(gòu)統(tǒng)稱(chēng)為邊緣系統(tǒng)。邊緣系統(tǒng)的功能比較復(fù)雜,它與 內(nèi)臟活動(dòng)、情緒反應(yīng)、記憶活動(dòng)等有關(guān)。 1.邊緣系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)臟調(diào)節(jié)功 能 刺激邊緣系統(tǒng)不同部位引起的植物性反應(yīng)是很復(fù)雜的,血壓可以升 高或降低,呼吸可以加快或抑制,胃腸運(yùn)動(dòng)可以加強(qiáng)或減弱,瞳孔可 以擴(kuò)大或縮小等。這些實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,說(shuō)明邊緣系統(tǒng)的功能和初極中樞不 一樣;刺激初級(jí)中樞的反應(yīng)可以比較肯定*,而刺激邊緣系統(tǒng)的結(jié) 果就變化較大??梢栽O(shè)想,初級(jí)中樞的功能比較局限,活動(dòng)反應(yīng)比較 單純;而邊緣系統(tǒng)是許多初級(jí)中樞活動(dòng)的調(diào)節(jié)者,它能通過(guò)促進(jìn)或抑 制各初級(jí)中樞的活動(dòng),調(diào)節(jié)更為復(fù)雜的生理功能活動(dòng),因此活動(dòng)反應(yīng) 也就復(fù)雜而多變。 2.邊緣系統(tǒng)與情緒反應(yīng) 杏仁核的進(jìn)化比較古老 的部分,具有抑制下丘腦防御反應(yīng)區(qū)的功能;當(dāng)下丘腦失去杏仁核的 控制時(shí),動(dòng)物就易于表現(xiàn)防御反應(yīng),出現(xiàn)一系列交感神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)興奮亢 進(jìn)的現(xiàn)象,并且張牙舞爪,呈現(xiàn)搏斗的架勢(shì)。
