但在蛔蟲大量繁殖或在人體發(fā)生某些生理改變時，如體溫升高、腹瀉、腸功能紊亂、過敏性體質，以及各種刺激引起的腸蠕動增強或服驅蟲藥劑量不足等，可誘發(fā)蛔蟲騷動、聚集、扭結成團，引起腸腔堵塞。造成機械性腸堵塞的蛔蟲數(shù)量自幾十條至幾千條不等，此外蛔蟲的代謝產物刺激腸壁，使其發(fā)生痙攣、梗阻生。臨床表現(xiàn)蛔蟲性腸梗阻早期多為部分性。表現(xiàn)為陣發(fā)性腹痛、腹脹、惡心、嘔吐，有時吐出或便出蛔蟲等癥狀。腹痛多呈絞痛性質。查體時，腹肌緊張不明顯，多數(shù)病人在臍周或右下腹摸到條索狀或香腸樣腫塊，指壓有高低不平感或有竄動感，腫塊可有輕度移動，晚期可出現(xiàn)*性梗阻。梗阻的部位多位于回腸末端。檢查1.周圍血象檢查與糞便檢查周圍血中的嗜酸性粒細胞增多。糞便檢查可檢出糞便中蟲卵；若只有雄蟲寄生，糞便中查不到蟲卵。
