Human secreted Programmed Cell Death 1(PD-1)-Fc fusion protein, also known asCD279, PDCD1, and SLEB2, GenBankAccession No. NM_014143, a.a. 25-167with an E136A mutation, fused at the Cterminuswith the Fc portion of human IgG1,ａnd C-terminal AviTag™, expressed in aHEK293 cell expression system andenzymatically biotin-labeled using AviTag™technology.
