大尺寸微通道板型光電倍增管
The large-area MCP-PMT
大面積微通道板型光電倍增管是一種將極微弱光信號轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號的真空電子器件，具有探測面積大、探測效率高等優(yōu)點。本產(chǎn)品使用Sb-K-Cs陰極作為光電轉(zhuǎn)換陰極，該陰極對350-450nm 波段光子的轉(zhuǎn)換效率高；應(yīng)用微通道板作為電子倍增管系統(tǒng)，可以實現(xiàn)107以上的電子增益，微通道板的倍增距離短，因而具有*的時間分辨率。
產(chǎn)品性能可以按客戶需求訂做，目前主要產(chǎn)品有8英寸和20英 寸微通道板型光電倍增管。
The large-area MCP-PMT is a vacuum electronic device that converts extremely weak light signals into electrical signals. It is a large-area, high-detection efficiency electrostatic focusing photomultiplier tube with independent intellectual property rights. This product uses Sb-K-Cs cathode as a photoelectric conversion cathode, which has high quantum efficiency for photons in the 350-450nm wavelength; using a microchannel plate as an electron multiplier tube system, the superposition of two microchannel plates can achieve an electron gain of more than 107, The multiplication distance of the microchannel plate is short, so it has superior time resolution.
Product performance can be customized according to customer needs. At present, the main products are 8-inch and 20-inch MCP-PMT.
