Mirco Pore Optic with Square，MPO

MPO是一種掠入射型聚焦光學(xué)元件，可將X射線和紫外等波段的光子進(jìn)行聚焦。MPO是一種玻璃材質(zhì)的薄片，具有多孔結(jié)構(gòu)，由上百萬(wàn)個(gè)微米級(jí)尺寸的方形微孔組成，微孔內(nèi)壁表面具有極低的粗糙度。MPO外形可分為平面和球面兩類(lèi)，其中球面MPO可對(duì)平行光進(jìn)行會(huì)聚，平面MPO可對(duì)發(fā)散光進(jìn)行會(huì)聚。在目前已知的所有X射線光學(xué)元件中，MPO在保證大視場(chǎng)、高分辨率的同時(shí)，具有最小的體積和質(zhì)量。為了得到的聚焦效果，還可以在微孔內(nèi)壁表面鍍?cè)龇茨?，不同?yīng)用波段選擇不同膜層材料。

Micro Pore Optic (MPO) is a kind of grazing incidence optical element, which can focus X-ray and ultraviolet light. MPO is a type of thin slice glass with porous structure and made up of millions of square shaped pores. The micro pore size is in micron scale and the surface of inner wall has very low roughness. The shape of MPO can be divided into two classes: plane and sphere. The planar MPO can focus the divergent light, while the spherical MPO can focus the parallel light. In all known X-ray optics, MPO not only guarantee the large field of view and high resolution, but also have the smallest volume and lightest weight. In order to obtain the best focusing performance, the inner wall could be coated with increasing reflective film with different film materials for different application bands.
