X-ray collimator
X射線準(zhǔn)直器是基于微通道板技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的一款新品，可對(duì)2-50KeV的X射線進(jìn)行光學(xué)準(zhǔn)直，廣泛應(yīng)用于深空探測(cè)、航天導(dǎo)航、核爆診斷、醫(yī)療、安檢、熒光分析等領(lǐng)域。X射線準(zhǔn)直器是一種高鉛玻璃材質(zhì)的薄片，內(nèi)部包含數(shù)百萬(wàn)個(gè)微米級(jí)尺寸的準(zhǔn)直通道，其基于角度靈敏性原理，利用準(zhǔn)直通道內(nèi)壁高含鉛量和高粗糙度實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)雜散X射線的吸收，利用準(zhǔn)直通道的高精度指向?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)X射線的光學(xué)準(zhǔn)直。與傳統(tǒng)的金屬型X射線準(zhǔn)直器相比，微通道板型X射線準(zhǔn)直器的分辨率更高，更加輕量化，并且可以實(shí)現(xiàn)更大面積陣列的拼接，因此具有更加廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
X-ray collimator is a new product developed based on MCP technology, which can perform optical collimation of 2-50kev X-ray, and is widely used in deep space detection, space navigation, nuclear explosion diagnosis, medical treatment, security inspection, fluorescence analysis and other fields. X-ray collimator is a kind of high lead glass flakes, interior contains millions of micron-sized collimating channels. The collimator utilizes the principle of angle sensitivity, using collimating channel wall high lead content and high roughness to absorb stray X-ray, the optical alignment of X-ray is realized by high-precision pointing of collimating channels. Compared with the traditional metallic X-ray collimator, the MCP type X-ray collimator has a higher resolution, lighter weight, and a larger area of array splicing, so it has a wider application prospect.

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
高分辨率
金屬型X射線準(zhǔn)直器主要通過(guò)金屬片機(jī)加工、對(duì)插、激光焊接和 點(diǎn)膠等工藝制得，其準(zhǔn)直孔的最小極限尺寸在毫米量級(jí)。隨著后端探測(cè)器的分辨率越來(lái)越高，要求準(zhǔn)直器準(zhǔn)直孔的尺寸越來(lái)越小。 微通道板型X射線準(zhǔn)直器的準(zhǔn)直孔尺寸為微米量級(jí)，能更好地實(shí) 現(xiàn)高分辨率。
大面積輕量化
微通道板型X射線準(zhǔn)直器體積小、重量輕，可通過(guò)陣列式的拼接實(shí)現(xiàn)非常大的面積，并且在相同面積的同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品中重量最輕。
高準(zhǔn)直精度
微通道板型X射線準(zhǔn)直器通過(guò)精密光纖拉制、熔合等工藝制成， 準(zhǔn)直孔整體指向精度高，對(duì)X射線的角度響應(yīng)曲線與曲線高 度吻合，準(zhǔn)直精度高。
